Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Tazeen offers COD on eligible orders across India. Prepaid orders are processed with priority shipping.
Do you offer showroom pickup?
Yes. Choose Showroom Pickup at checkout. Pickup orders receive an extra 5% OFF with code ORDER15 (where applicable).
What offers are running right now?
Typical offers: 10% OFF on orders below ₹999; 15% OFF on orders above ₹999; select items flat 10% OFF; extra 5% OFF on showroom pickup with code ORDER15. Offers auto-apply at checkout.
Can I apply multiple discount codes?
No. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Our system automatically applies the best available offer.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; exchanges may be available depending on policy.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
How many days does delivery take?
We generally ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery times: Metro cities 3–5 days; Rest of India 4–7 days. You will receive SMS/WhatsApp tracking updates after dispatch.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We offer exchanges for size issues or manufacturing defects when the item is unused and tags intact. Exchange requests should be raised within the specified window (see policy on product page).
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Contact customer support within 24–48 hours with an unboxing video and photos. We will arrange a replacement if the defect is confirmed.
Do you ship PAN India?
Yes. We ship to every serviceable Pincode in India. International shipping is available on request for selected countries (charges apply).

How do I know which size will fit me?
Refer to each product's size chart. Measure bust, waist and hips with a soft tape and match measurements. If between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
Are products true to color as shown?
Photos are taken in controlled lighting with minimal editing. Slight color variation can occur due to device displays or camera lighting.
How should I wash and care for my clothing?
Hand wash with mild detergent is recommended. Avoid bleaching and direct sun while drying. Use steam or low-heat ironing. See product page for fabric-specific care.
Do fabrics shrink after washing?
Rayon may shrink slightly (1–2%) on first wash. Cotton-lycra and premium blends usually have minimal shrinkage. Follow care instructions to avoid issues.
Bottom-Wear — Fit & Features
How do I choose the correct bottom-wear size?
Measure waist, hips and outseam length. Compare with product size chart. Between sizes? Choose the larger size for comfort.
Do these pants have stretch?
Depends on the product: leggings/jeggings have high stretch. Rayon palazzos and straight pants have minimal stretch. Check product description for fabric composition.
Do you offer plus sizes for bottom-wear?
Yes — many designs are available up to 4XL/5XL depending on the collection and stock.
Can I tailor the hem if it is too long?
Yes. Most products come with finished hems and can be easily altered by a local tailor for a perfect fit.
